How do I keep my rock buddy happy?

Your rock buddies will feel happiest in a cozy indoor nook or a sheltered outdoor spot, away from too much moisture, direct sunlight, or overly curious hands. Over time, the colors may naturally shift, especially with weather exposure, which only adds to their quiet magic and personality. While they’re sturdy little companions, they are still hand-painted, so please treat them kindly.


MATERIALS

What materials do you use?

Each Luna Pebble is thoughtfully and locally sourced in Washington State. I handpick each stone, bring it to life with high-quality acrylic paints, and seal it with a UV-resistant finish to help preserve its color and charm. And of course, lots of love! 


SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When will my order ship?

I’m a tiny (but mighty!) one-woman operation, so thank you for giving me a little time for packing and magic-making.

  • Ready-to-Ship items: 1 to 5 business days
  • Made-to-Order pieces: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Need it in a hurry? For urgent express orders (last-minute gift givers, I see you!), please message me separately. I’ll do my best to make it happen!

All orders are sent off with care via USPS First-Class. Most U.S. packages (should) arrive within a week of shipping. For international orders, delivery can take up to 4 weeks or more, depending on where you’re nestled in the world. Once your pebble leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the postal pixies, but I’ll always provide tracking and help however I can if delays pop up.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Oh no, that’s the worst. While I’m not able to offer refunds for missing packages, please reach out and we’ll figure out a kind and fair solution. Just be sure your shipping address is accurate and secure, so your pebble has a safe place to land.

What if my rock arrives damaged?

Broken rocks or chipped paint mean broken hearts. If your piece arrives damaged (which is rare, but possible), please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to make things right, whether that means a replacement or another option that restores the joy.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each piece is handmade with care, I’m not able to accept returns or offer refunds at this time. That said, if something feels off or you’re truly unhappy with your order, please reach out. I want you to feel seen, heard, and taken care of.


CUSTOM WORK

Do you take custom requests?

Not quite yet, unfortunately! I’m still in my slow snail pace stage, where I lovingly obsess over each little rock until the right idea clicks. I’m not quite ready for full custom orders, but I’d love to hear what kinds of creatures, animals, or whimsical ideas you’d like to see next.

Can you remake a Luna Pebble that’s sold out? Why is there only one of each?

Yes, absolutely! Just keep in mind that no two rocks are exactly the same, and my color blends may vary a bit. So while I can recreate a “frog,” that frog buddy will have a personality all his own.

I only list one of each because what you see on my site is exactly what you’ll receive. There’s something magical about having the only one like it in the whole wide world!
